About Dan
Dan Emrey is a singer-songwriter whose music pairs original songs with his own acoustic interpretations of familiar favorites. Born in Pennsylvania and now based in Arizona, he has spent more than 20 years writing, recording, and performing.
Originally from Lancaster, Dan studied music theory and vocal performance at Shippensburg University before moving to Arizona in 2009.
From 2014 to 2019, Saturday evenings at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn were a regular part of his musical life. His performance history also includes singing the National Anthem at Cactus League games.
Music has connected Dan with community and charitable organizations including HopeKids, Relay for Life, Desert Stages Theatre, and Anthem Cares.
