About Dan
Dan Emrey moved to Cave Creek, AZ in 2009 from Lancaster, PA where he was born and raised. Dan has been writing and recording songs and performing live for over 20 years. As a graduate from Shippensburg University (’99), Dan earned a BA in Fine Art with a concentration in Music Theory and Vocal Performance.
Dan held residency performing solo @ JW Marriott-Camelback Inn on Saturday evenings from 2014 through 2019. He has also performed for corporate and private functions at many other venues in AZ including The Grill @ TPC Scottsdale, Dynamite Grille (Troon North Golf Club), R Bar (Hilton Phoenix), McCormick Golf Ranch, Golf Club Scottsdale, Four Seasons @ Troon North, Sangria Lounge (Scottsdale Resort), Cave Creek Road House, Jade Bar Patio (The Sanctuary), Ironwood Clubhouse (Anthem Country Club), Maribel Golf Club and The Hermosa Inn.
Dan has also performed the National Anthem at Cactus League spring training games featuring the Chicago White Sox, KC Royals, Milwaukee Brewers, AZ Diamondbacks, San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners, California Angels and Oakland Athletics.
Dan enjoys giving back to the community by providing entertainment for non-profit events such as HopeKids, Relay for Life, Desert Stage Theatre, Nat’l Heart Foundation: A Heartfelt Affair and Anthem Cares: ACTS.
As a solo acoustic performer and entertainer, Dan has put together a 4+ hour, set list which includes both original and cover songs from a wide variety of artists.
